If Hammer walks, I'd love for Kennedy to come through with a well timed hit.

Rob agrees with me.

Looks like the strike zone is going to be tight at the bottom tonight.

That pitch was a ball to Dunn.

Guess Dunn's reputation proceeds him.

Pudge groundout coming right up.

At least he can't have a DP in this inning.

Here Kennedy will groundout. Good call by Kendrick walking Hammer, but we'll get to him soon enough. He looks weak.

Build that lead for Counter Strike!

We need about 10 more runs.

Will a Nats fan ever be confident with any lead vs. the Phillies? I know I won't.

Our record when jumping out to an early lead does not instill confidence.

I'm pretty confident. Kendrick - bearing in mind I'm on Gameday not watching it - looked terrible that inning, more balls than strikes and he was helped by a DP and Pudge swinging at a terrible pitch. We should be able to score more runs off him.

EDIT: fixed word order

This lead isn't going to last an inning.  >:(
