Nice job by Lannan backing Manny off the plate there. Ballsy move.

Damn, how did Milledge end up catching that? It was in like straight away left.

that's a lot of range.

Lannan seems like he's throwing an awful lot of pitches so far.

Brennan's got NO gun, but he's a smart QB.

We got Manny out!

Colt Brennan is driving the Skins right down the field right on queue. Poor Jason Campbell.

Three straight balls, and he grounds out weakly on 3-0. Thank you very much.

Zim's dad seems pretty cool.

Nice to see Lannan settling down.

http://www.halfstreet.com/

interesting.  I couldn't tell from the website, I might have overlooked it, but have they already started filling in some of the spaces or are they just in the leasing phase?

Even though I don't think he's that good (yet?), I still can't believe we drafted Brennan in the 6th round.

Nice 46 yarder from Suish. The strength of our team is the kicking/punting game.

Yeah he seems like a real cool guy.  Zimmerman is a real cool dude as well.  He came down to visit his girlfriend at JMU a few years back and I got to play beer pong against him and chatted with him for a few minutes (in a drunken stupor Im sure).

A lot of people felt he was a system QB and that he piled up most of his stats against teams in a bad conference. A lot of the previous College TD record-holders (See: Timmy Chang) never panned out either. Brennan also performed very poorly in the Sugar Bowl last year on National TV against a BCS Team (Georgia).

I like that Milledge will bunt, but I don't like that he bunted there. I want him to work out the kinks in his swing as much as possible before the season ends.

Cool. I met him and NJ on a gambling cruise ship in Cocoa Beach while I was at Nats ST earlier this year.

He leads the team in bunt hit singles as well.  With 8 I believe.

Roesthlisberger is a system QB, and he's done well for himself.

i don't think that's something that would drop a qb to the 6th round.

the rest of the criticisms could be feasible reasons though.

It's gotta be embarrassing if your a starting pitcher to get knocked out of the game in the 3rd inning against the Lowly Nationals.  :D

And for Kershaw it's 2.1 IP, just over 50 pitches.
