very good ab for bri schnei (he needs to get it going) ...
but i really liked the AB by Josh Wilson. It's tough for a guy who has sat on the bench the past week and a half to come out and sit back and be patient at the plate. In most cases you want to prove yourself worthy and try and get a hit. Good for him.
