I muted the MASN sound and and listening to Charlie and Dave 107.7 FM, 1500 AM in DC area.

How is that working out?

That's a pretty bad call. Really wasn't even that close.

Milledge is never on time for a fastball. Oh well, at least he made Olson throw him a bunch of pitches.

I don't know what you were watching, but he just put together a solid at bat battling after 10 pitches.  Sent a bunch of screamers that went just foul, nothing showing for it though.  He'll be okay.

bad walk. Stop throwing off speed crap. I'd throw 75-80% sinkers.

I don't like the way Hill is pitching tonight. He seems to be struggling with his release point.

alright, i gotta give Dukes the benefit of the doubt, he's only got like 20 ABs this year.

we gotta give him at least as long as we gave Kearns.

Kearns was putting up Herculean numbers compared to Dukes through his first 20 at bats.

Hey Why Not, just curious...  you don't like the home team's message boards?  Are you an Orioles outcast? ;)

even so, we gotta extend the same courtesy to Dukes that we did to Kearns.

I'm doing double-duty tonight, here and Orioles Hangout. I like to get multiple perspectives, learn stuff.

I wouldn't.  Dukes doesn't work the pitcher like Kearns.  Kearns isn't hitting, but he always works the pitcher deep into counts and has a good OBP.  Dukes does neither, and he is inferior defensively.  I think a bunch of people have bought into the hype of Dukes, when he has done absolutely nothing at the major league level.

Millar's boner there has been something of a theme for the Orioles this year. I read someplace where we had more runners thrown out on the basepaths than any other team.
