Edwin Jackson (9-10, 3.77 ERA) vs Adam Wainwright (13-13, 4.02 ERA)

We crushed Wainwright for 9 hits and 6 runs on Aug 31. He only lasted 2.2 innings. Time to do it again tonight. :whip: :whip:

How many straight days is that now for Kurt behind the plate? Seems like he has played in like 7 straight

Totally agree, but you don't want to burn him out on the eve of the postseason

He can rest once we clinch.

It's like an old coach used to tell us. If you're tired, run faster. You'll create a breeze and get done sooner.

If I recall correctly, EJ was briliant in his last start but got a ND.  If he pitches like he did then, I sure hope he gets that 10th win tonight...

Bob's mic sounds awful.  Sounds like he's speaking into an empty toilet paper roll.
