Bard is so much better than Nieves at the plate. He actually has a plan and is capable of hitting .
:lmao: plan? he hacks at the first freaking pitch he sees with that slow, lumbering swing of his. awful hitter. one of the worst.

he's batting .237

that's not a strike. not even close. I would refuse to allow the players to take the field if I was Riggleman.

the umpire today has been so one-sided.

My favorite was Rick "We got lost" James.  No showed a concert
in Richmond, Va saying that the band got lost on I-95 and couldn't find the city.

Bard- .649 OPS
Nieves- .596 OPS

Nieves is a offensive blackhole

he's a freaking back-up catcher. do you even watch the games?

Bard can't even move out there! he won't be back with the Nats next year and that's a guarantee.

Am I being baited? Or is it the "baiter" that is actually being hunted? ;)

Are you implying that you are, in fact, the master baiter?

Quote
"The ball had some top spin on it and that last hop just came up a little harder and higher on him than he expected," said interim manager Jim Riggleman. "That's unfortunate, but errors are part of the game. Guzman has played a real good shortstop for us. We just have to overcome that."

will be interesting if Dukes gets to face Franklin in the 9th. He hit the walk-off bomb off of him last year and Franklin didn't like the way Dukes show-boated.
