I live about 12 miles outside of Frederick and I can just barely pick up the station if the weather is decent. No way on a night like tonight. Do the Nats even have an FM station?

I live in Gainesville, VA, about 35 miles from DC and I can't get the station over the air (this crappy team can't even get a flagship radio station with a decent signal to cover the whole metro DC area. AM freaking radio. I have to listen on gameday audio on the internet.

It's weird because on 270 by Frederick you can get 1500 sometimes or the Leesburg repeater.

AM radio travels MUCH further. The problem is that 1500 is beamed directly North-South. If you are west at all you are hosed, but you can pick up 1500 in Maine, supposedly.

Yeah, I was off on that one, he was actully there in 2006, but he wasn't there when they were at their lowest when they won 55 games a few years back. They've improved every year he's been there. Don't know if he'll pull that feat again this year though...
