:lmao:  Anything to defend the cheapness of the Lerners.

You are smoking something. They want to sign him for next year. He'll get a raise, that's for sure. The best Hudson could get was a 1 year deal because of health concerns.

Show me something actually cheap, and I'll agree. Making Metro pay for late trains on game days is actually cheap, but it's good business since Metro is willing to pay.

our bullpen is not good, never was good, and never will be good.

clean all of the crap out of here, in the off-season. we need a complete revamping.

I'm pretty sure some people felt we weren't that far away on the bullpen. People are counting on Clippard, Bergmann, Burnett and McDougal.

He passed the physical for the Dodgers

2 months after we pulled our offer off the table. that's plenty of time for his Wrist to finish healing.

he signed with the Dodgers around the same time we signed Dunn, maybe a week or two before. we made our offer to him while we were still chasing Teixiera months before.

is it really that unbelievable?

I'm off the Bergmann bandwagon. He's better than the likes of Kensing, Villone, and Sosa but that's not saying much.

Clippard, Burnett, and MacDougal will likely compete in the Spring for jobs but they should be far from guaranteed spots.

Of course you will. Look at our payroll. I know why you defend them though.  :lmao:

I just don't get the thinking for keeping these mf'ers on the roster.

I've never seen a pitcher throw his slider 80+% of the time like Sosa. dumb as freak

Name Bergmann the closer and work your way down.

MacDougal is arbitration eligible - if they sign him, he plays. No competing.

Even if we assume Clippard, Burnnett and MacDougal, that leaves 4 spaces open.

...and I don't think we've seen the last of Kensing.  He's in Syr. now.

It's probably for the same reason they brought Hernandez back. They don't want to use any of the youngsters because they aren't ready or just suck.

Damn it Riggleman, you could have saved your bullpen if you'd let Livan bat for himself.
