WTF happened to the gameday thread? Anyone else see dozens of threads?

EDIT: Never mind. It stopped. For a bit there, I saw dozens of threads with the same title each all but one had only a single poster.

That was me trimming all the NFL talk and moving it to the appropriate thread.

Ok. Cool. I'd never seen it do that before and it looked like the board was melting down.

Segovia is 26 and is pretty much a career minor leaguer.

yes i wanted to see him pitch. he hadn't been used in any game and we had a 6 run lead in the 9th. who would you have used?

he got kind of unlucky but did serve up a fat pitch to Stairs.

I went back to gameday around the 8th so I didn't actually 'see' it but it did seem unlucky.

-Desmond Error
-Tipped Ball to Desmond, no play
-Walk (right?)
-EZ pitch to Stairs.

He got rattled. His glove stop was a reasonable decision that worked out badly.

I felt badly for him...his face pretty much drained and he looked like he crapped himself.

Here are some of c**kyouknowwhater Manuel's comments. May the Marlins send this team and their godawful fans to baseball hell, aka a collapse resulting in no playoffs. Philadelphia really does breed some of the worst attitude sports teams and most obnoxious fans in all of baseball. You win nine games in a row against us and then make these kinds of comments when we just get a single win? GFY.

Quote

"We're better than they are," Manuel said. "We've got to get after them more -- like we used to." (WTF. Last night and the night before is USED TO??? GFY Charlie)

"We've been getting outplayed by second-division teams," Manuel said. "We don't put nobody away." (You beat us the last nine games you dumb SoaB. Overreact much. And so graceful, good sportsman like conduct referring to your opponent as second-division regardless of whether they are or not. May we knock Utley off your roster for the rest of the month in a week with a pitch just a tiny bit inside due to these comments.)

THAT is why we have no obligation to other teams. They don't respect us, we shouldn't respect them.
