Both Mets and Braves with decent leads. Don't expect any help from them tonight. Nats have to take care of their own business.

8 pitch inning

Since Tracy limits his pitchers to 75 pitches, we have to keep his pitch count down so he can throw the complete game against us :)

Three horrible at bats. Each guy seemingly falling into a pattern of simply making up their minds to swing. So predictable

Who's job is it to kick 'em in the ass?   DJ keeps saying he wants them to take a few pitches yet it doesn't happen.

Harper won't be in the Home Run Derby this year, for some reason Matt Kemp picked the hitters and he left Harp off the list, probably because he knows that it would be Bryce Harper and the other guys.

Apparently the Rockies "reassigned" their pitching coach earlier today.  From the ESPN article: "The Rockies' staff has fallen on hard times this year, ranking last in every major category, including an ERA of over 6.00 by the starting pitchers."

No wonder Bonds kicked his ass.
