{...]weather is supposed to be beautiful.

...and along that line: Capital Weather Gang NatCast has 'Comfy temps at the park today, and the sun should stay shielded by clouds for the most part. Some showers are possible as the game goes on, but shouldn't have much of an impact - upper 70's for first pitch, low 80's by ninth inning, 20-30% chance of rain. (Let's hope this doesn't go extra innings though - chance of precip increases later on.)

WTOP and channel 7 I think are a lot more negative about the rain.  no matter.

If you see a group in green shirts out under the scoreboard walk, that'll be a group of recovering stroke patients.  I have a friend who has used the rehab facilities quite a bit over the past few years and I will be joining them.  I can use the Dunn shirt as a towel once I switch into the green one.

I went with them last year to the Sunday 8/21 Phillies game that we pulled out in extra innings.  they were in yellow shirts that day.  It also had a rain delay.

Way to get it completely wrong Cap Weather Gang. It poured early, game delayed 2+ hours and cleared later.

Dang - a group of us were there too, in the center of the loft.  Sorry to miss you two.

There ought to be a default meeting spot for WNFF.

Hell JCA, we spent 4 damn hours in the Loft, I think that if Hammonds and CMD wanted to hang with us the window of opportunity was there.  I will say that Blue was disappointed, he's been practicing his junk punch and was more than ready.

Thank God the Pilsner Urquell sale was in progress.    That was a marathon Loft session for sure.

To my knowledge, there was only one Klej jersey and one Dunn jersey / Bosox hat up there, but there also may have been only one Guillen classic.

Definitely only one English Gentleman sporting a Mystics shirt.

We were there from probably 12:15 till 4, except for not infrequent runs over to the Scoreboard Walk Urquell sale in progress.  It did get crowded for a while and I wasn't always turned with my back to the through traffic.

Yes there should be a default spot.  I know Tom, Blue, Mathguy, MDS pretty well.  Anybody else, not so sure.

JCA had a nice spot staked out today - very near dead center, against the top rail opposite of the bar.  I like to be in a place where you can look out and see the field, and this was that.  Sometimes that vantage spot might be far left or right, and today being under roof was important too.

What helps is that once folks know each other, spotting is much easier.

truth be told - with the number of 50+ gentlemen, the runs were not just to the Scoreboard walk beer stand.
