Or Hammer's in left.

In fact, besides Desmond/Guzman, the whole team has played good defense so far this year.

We have exorcised the demons of Manny Acta's past.

Desmond can't hit the breaking stuff... so frustrating.

Yeah that is the lounge area, the reserved seats are just in front of it.  I sat there once, pretty good seats.

Thanks, JMU.

Maybe, maybe not.  People said the same about Dukes and it never happened.  Now, I don't know if Dukes is the best comparison, but he is a good example of what will happen if he doesn't start hitting breaking balls, curveballs in particular.

With that said, batting him in the #2 spot would be a disservice to Desmond at this point.  Let him bat low in the order where they will throw him breaking pitches and where he may struggle for a while, but will get a lot more experience at seeing those pitches.

Haha, I'm watching the game on MLB Game Mix.  Just saw Soriano drop an easy out on the upper right portion of the screen.

Opposing pitchers are batting like .500 against us.

Yeah its been rough against the 9 spot, not to take anything away from Randy Wolf, though, who is a very good hitting pitcher.

He has a "palm ball" - is that just chucking it?

Ok, someone please talk to the Jack of All Things and tell him to stop having the commercials blow out my ear drums and piss off my coworkers when I can barely even hear what Charlie is saying!

Damn the volume fluctuates so damn bad on the radio broadcast.

Palm ball is a four fingered changeup = lots of movement

Didn't the answer to that trivia question just come up the other day?  Wasn't it Bergmann?

Would he still be considered a National?

It's not just that station, though.  That's all radio nowadays.  Happens on TV a lot too.

Bergmann has 299 K's as a Nat, Patterson, Livan, and Lannan have less.

This.  I wish someone would invent a set that automatically mutes commercials.

Pretty sure my Samsung compensates for that. They do it to make sure you don't ignore the commercials.
