If the Wizards win the lottery, I'd encourage Mr. Parker to take his two years right away. Hopefully by then, Ernie Grunfeld will have been fired. This is year 10 of the Grunfeld era. We are worse off than we started.
Ted Leonsis doesn't believe in firing general managers, so get used to Grunfeld, no matter how bad the team is. All that matters is the dollar and appearing to be competitively building for a championship.
