nothing spectacular for Josh Bell and Steve Johnson, but max value for Sherrill.

Why?  did he want to go back?  I thought he didn't really like how Torre used him last year.

Dodgers have a real chance to go to the World Series. He only has a 1 year deal with us.

it's amazing how often captain morgan is on base.  it's a damn shame we are leaving him out there time after time.

good outing for j.d. martin against a solid line-up.  when JZ comes back, mock should go down.

Right I get that, I'm just saying, I though he was unhappy with his role there last year...

also, rumor is he's the Cubs back-up plan if they can't get Grabow.

JD Martin is solid.  Mock needs to go.

A lot of us are forgetting that the trade deadline isn't the last day for trades. I doubt Beimel would make it past waivers, but trading is not over at 4 tomorrow.

amazing how they get every close call.  good shot of wil nieves in the dugout turning his head as if he's saying "you ain't been giving my guy that call all game".

Good job by Martin, overall. Liked what I saw.

This ump has a low strike zone, though, for a guy who's been in 4000 games.
