For sure.
Manny disagrees. That means we are down to 11 outs to get at least 2 runs. gulp.

I don't think an extra out would make a difference :?

Watch us end up winning this game.  lol

We've never lost a game when AZ is in the stadium ball park.

Do you think the Nationals would do better if they were managed by a Help Desk in India?

They brought the racing Presidents for another RIGGED race in Pittsburgh.

Acta doesn't realize that Redding can't pitch past the 5 inning. What a mistake to not pinch-hit for him.

Sounds like good news to me. We'll know more tomorrow.  I think we could be seeing Zim in a few weeks.

I was about to type that Young has shown no power this season :?

Being thrown out at the plate will cost us. He should not have been worried about his helmet and he took too wide a turn around 3rd.

Dukes is the worst hitter in the league.  He had one good game, and it was enough for some people to overrate him.

One good game? I beg to differ.

Over the last seven days he leads the regulars in OBP with a line of .304/.429/.565

Over the last 30 days he is second behind Flores in OBP among the regulars with .352

During the month of June while the team has been utterly pathetic, Dukes's line is .259/.375/.481/ and an OPS of .856 (If the rest of the team looked anything like that we'd be winning - alot.

Even after struggling in the 8th hole when he came off the DL, he has raised his season OBP to .326 which is higher than most of the starters.

And the guy is 23 with barely 260 career at bats facing pitchers he has never seen.

Throw in the obvious defensive skills and you have one of the more positive stories on the team during this dreary stretch

Damn that's a good spin on Dukes SSB.

Flores! Another solo. :?
