Man, this is so sad. Muamba better still be alive.
I was gonna watch that game yesterday. I'm glad I didn't. Read this morning that he's "recovering" in a London hospital. FOX just said he's "very critical".
I'm worried about how long he was without oxygen to his brain. Anybody know about that?
The article I read said his heart didn't restart on it's own until he got to Chest Hospital.http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/S/SOC_BOLTON_MUAMBA?SITE=PAPIT&SECTION=SPORTS&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT
Yeah, I read that, too. But it would be terrible if they got his heart started but he was brain damaged.
What's the outside on damage? Four minutes?
Much less than that. After 90 seconds the odds of brain damage setting in are over 90%, at four minutes a vegetative state is likely but not definite. Regardless, very, very sad situation.
How frustrating for the Stoke keeper to have his defender get in the way and deflect a 40 yard shot he had lined up to save.
Nice. What do tickets run these days?
DCU up 4-1 now. Playing so damn well. This has been a very entertaining game. DeLeon is going to be the ROY.
Liverpool and the Spurs in Baltimore:...
