Thank god, at least he gets one out.

EDIT: Let's hope this rookie can get the next two without giving up any runs.  If he does, however, I'm going to look on the bright side: at least we can maybe give the Chief another save situation.

Hey guys, should I get this zip and hit pro?  Derek Jeter tells me I should but I just don't know...  it helped get rid of Kari's chop, but I'm not really much of a softball player.  It is a great way to spend time together though!

Our clown pitcher is removed for our prospect, who should have been sent in to begin with.

If anyone is watching on gameday and sees Rivera's picture, please try to convince me that it isn't the funniest thing you have ever seen.

Mantis Tiller blades are GUARANTEED never to break.

NEVER.

I wonder what they would say if I called and told them they broke.

Man, I hate when Frank overcoaches like this.  Just hope it doesn't come back to bite him on the ass.  Who's available for the 9th after Stanton, assuming they don't bring the Chief in?  Rausch?

WASHINGTON - Reporters in August were wondering what happened to left-handed hurler Joey Eischen.  No one has seen the young pitcher since he was unceremoniously tossed from the game in July right after the all star break.  There have been rumours that he returned home to be with family and some have said they saw him at a community event somewhere in Southern West Virginia...

Hey, the Mets are losing 5-1 to the Fish in the 8th, and the Phailers are being beaten by the Brewers 5-3 in the 8th...I'd love to see them both lose as we beat the hot Dodgers tonight.
