Did Laz call that a swinging strike?!

That's right, Diaz behind the plate.  Strike zone changes pitch-to-pitch.

Probably the right call there.

Absolutely. I'd like to see Mock, Clippard, AND Balester all in the rotation at the same time soon.

I think we'll see one of those guys here by August. The other one in September.

Yeah, he's one of the worst EVER.

That's the way to let the kids down, Cody!

Kids find a new hero.  Cody blows.

Elijah's sister, Mary, seems very nice.  Pretty decent interview there.  Drink!

I read on BP today that they are leaning on calling up Clippard first if a trade is made or another guy goes down due to injury.

Actually, I have him 2nd worst.  Dreckman is the worst, then Diaz, then Gorman.

I think you have made me hate Cody Ross.  I never had a problem with the guy, now I am wishing the worst for him every time I see him at the plate or in the field.

Would that be if, or WHEN another guy goes down due to injury? :)

Depends on who gets traded and whether or not Hill comes back. But you're right that only one of them should get the call. I keep thinking that Bergmann is close to being done.

If Hill is out for good and OP gets traded, the rotation should look something like this:

Lannan
Bergmann
Redding
Balester
Clippard/Mock

Just turned on the game in time to see Dukes and Boone strike out. It looks like Perez pitched well so far today, is he still in? and how's it been?

Odalis was perfect through 3.2 innings, until I jinxed him.

Id rather have Bergmann traded than Perez, Perez is signed for only one year.  He will be gone at the end of this season anyway, besides I am sure we could get more for Bergmann in terms of returns.

It would be better if we could unload both but I don't see that happening. If Bergmann got traded I'm sure we'd have people wanting to lynch Bowden, no matter who we got in return.

Perez went 9 innings in a row without being scored on before that last run.

Bergmann's one of those guys that I'd expect to become a beast for another team. I wouldn't be surprised at all.

It's pouring with about 30 mph winds in Boca Raton
