I can't blame Marquis for what's about to happen.  The offense can't go inning after inning after inning without scoring and expect the team to win.
I blame him for walking two batters in a row. Walking in a run after pitching so dominant all game? He's a freaking veteran, this crap doesn't fly

Why the freak are they not having him throw his sinker (best pitch)?

Why so many sliders?

6th   R Ludwick walked, C Denorfia scored, J Bartlett to third, B Hawpe to second.   2   1

Nationals  2
Padres      1

2 consecutive WALKS...

Huh, I just realized the radio broadcast is faster than the T.V. one tonight.  Is that usually the case?

After watching Marquis go through that, who wants to bet the offense, comes out this inning, and goes down 1-2-3?

Yup. That's 5 straight innings without scoring a run. Oh how familiar
