GAME OVER.  WE LOSE.

At 15-41, the Natinals are on a pace to
Win 43 and Lose 119 games in 2009,
1 loss short of the 1962 Mets, PhilWood

Good eye Kearns. Go ahead and yell.

Don't let the big ears and dumbo jokes get your down. Your still little country.

EDIT: I'll have to watch Rick Eckstein go off after they post it to MLB.tv

Gotta side with Eckstein...that ump wanted this game to end. He must have had a date or something that got set back by the delay.

That was the most pathetic display of umpiring I have seen all year. It was so clear all night that the Reds pitchers got every single pitch within a foot of the strike zone while the Nats pitchers didn't get jack.

It has just become a joke at this point. The MLB should be ashamed.

If I were the Nationals I wouldn't even take the field tomorrow night in protest.

kearns still sucks.

good to see some of our guys show some signs of being pissed off.

it's still a joke to see manny acta have the job security he does.  15-41.  nice.

Kearns should have been swinging the bat and protecting the plate in that situation ;)

no that one was real low to kearns.  the strike 3 call to dunn earlier tonight was way outside.  but i think the dunn k last week, was close enough to swing, imo.

I would lodge a protest with the league. Pretty sure no one is gonna side with that ump on those calls against Dunn and Kearns. That ump might need to re-learn where the strike zone again by spending some time in the minors. The league should at least acknowledge that those calls were wrong and reprimand that guy.

He ran out but only to "separate" Kearns from the ump

that worked out well for Anderson. he was forced to swing at a ball low like that one in the prior AB and grounded out. (I know you are joking.)

Nats get freaked in the ass again by the umpiring crew. They get ZERO respect. All of these bad calls add up. We are losing by the slimmest of margins so to get continuously screwed by the umps it kills you.
