You seem to thrive on pain and negative thinking so you probably walk around with barbed wire around your balls so when the Nats do something good or anything positive happens you use it to remind yourself that pain is still within your grasp.
good one

it's impossible to be anything but negative with the Nats

no, it's really a HR haven. cheaper than Philly/Cincy.

Well, as of now Yankee Stadium is rated 1 for HR, but overall offensive ballpark factor rating is #7.  It may be that it turns out to be a bad HR park, but 1/3 of a season is a very small sample size for that stat.

The number of posters here is pathetic, though we did pick up a handful after the Nats took the lead.

For some reason that reminds me of Kevin Spacey in Se7en

Actually, I think if Guzman goes hitless tonight it will only be the 12th time all season that has happened (and 3 of those were in games he didn't start but came in late to pinch hit).

In this thread or on the board?  Overall traffic and posting actually hasn't dropped that much since April, in spite of how bad the team is.  Maybe ~10% drop-off, if that.

Remember he was on the DL so he hasn't actually played that many games.

Today would be his 49th game.

That's a lot of pitches, but he's facing a crap ton of LH hitters.

Gonna see Kip Wells today . . .

On this thread right now, only 13 members and 8 guests.  Before Nats took the lead, there were only about 7 regulars.  We've had games with 30 or 40.
