While I find your motivation suspect, I have to agree that I'd like to see the new faces get playing time. We already know what Guz, Gonzales, and Orr can do.
I cannot believe Rizzo didn't mandate him to play Desmond.
It's bad enough that Pete freaking Orr is our everyday second baseman.
Screw Guzman. Put him on the DL for the rest of the season. Why in the hell do guys like him and Bard need to play injured? So freaking stupid.
