In 36 games with Harrisburg this season, Jeff Kobernus has a healthy .316 batting average and 24 stolen bases. Last year in Potomac, he played in 124 games and hit .282 with 53 stolen bases. He was the 50th overall pick in the 2009 draft. Baseball America rates him as the 21st best prospect in the Nats system. Clearly, I think he's better than that. Let's hope he continues this rapid progression.
