There's not a lot of bonus money spent after the first 30 rounds. Heck, it's unusual for someone in the 20s to get big money. To be sure, it does happen. But most of the money is spent early. I'd bet 95% of the money is spent on the first 10 rounds.
Rounds 11-50 don't count towards the cap providing the players sign for $100K or less.
