Since we got to have Kearns' base hit interrupted by Debbi Taylor's interview of the Naval officer, I think everyone in this Forum should be invited to the birthing room, to witness the birth of her baby... who we should get to name, through a Forum Poll.

Nice of them to speed this late game up. Be nice if they got to oh, say the 6th, then the Nats pounded out three or four unanswered runs, then finished with one more scoreless from Hill, one from Rauch, and a three up three down from the Chief...

Anybody ever been to PETCO?  Looks like a nice stadium.  But, I'm still waiting for some poor RF to get maimed by that little porch jutting into the field.

Had a friend who went there last year...he loved it.  Next time I go to Southern California to visit my brother-in-law's family...I'm gonna take the road trip down there.

I'll crash way before then. Either be sitting on the couch snoring drooling and getting a stiff neck or I'll do the right thing and go to bed so I can get up at the butt crack of dawn...

WTF Belliard.. Wow, Soriano's 1st HR this season came tonight on the 3rd pitch of the game off of Tony Armas.  Alfonso is 3/4 1B, 2B, HR, 2 RBI, 2 R.  About time he did something

Well, he's from Key West, so alcohol was likely involved.  Heck, when I lived in Herndon and was visiting Key West some 20+ years ago, I named my company from a lyric in a Jimmy Buffett song.  A couple months later we held out first board of directors meeting down there - in hot tub.
