The University of North Dakota was forced to switch from the "Fighting Sioux" to I don't know what a few years ago. One tribe, the Spirit Lake Sioux, sued to allow the University to keep the name after voters in ND had approved a switch from the name in 2012.

The NCAA pressured the school to drop the name.

The jersey is a classic hockey jersey.
By the way, they were favored to win the Division 1 men's hockey western regional championship game after the #4 seed in the bracket beat Minnesota. I forget the school that beat Minnesota and UND this year, but they must have been very good to do that.
