Dan made an interesting observation.  We haven't won a game since Pena came here.

That's not true. We won 3 games in Houston.

Plus CC blew another win which sent us spiraling out of Denver and into LA.

So Bacsik pitching indicates that either Bergmann will pitch Sunday and Hill on Monday or that Chico will be back in the rotation in his place.

I'm not sure of the exact record but definitely not winless. If we were I would never start a game thread.

I think Chico is going to start on Sunday.  Hopefully he will be able to throw strikes.

Nice to see a low scoring game when i came home. Just got back from Arundel Mills. Unfortunately there was a auto-accicent. Some idiot wa speeding thru lot and crash right into a car which somehow hit another car. three got carried off to tha ambulance, including a little female kid who looked tramatized. ANd on top fo that, that just means they'll up ntha insurance rates for my age group.

freelance.  But I mainly do it for one paper.  I'm also starting to do a little for the city's parks and rec dept.  So, I won't be writing about city special events for the newspaper to avoid a conflict of interest.

I think Chico is going to start on Sunday.  Hopefully he will be able to throw strikes.

So is Bergie pitching on Monday?  I'm really hoping so.  It'd be really cool for Andrew (on his own big day) to see his favorite Nat starting.

not when he has ZERO PATIENCE... So far he has struck out on 3 pitches and then the last two times he has made 1 pitch outs.   just inexcusable from a ML hitter

Since you're freelance I feel guilty chatting with you now when you should be writing...now if you were staff, the hell with it

Bacsik seems much better as a reliever. Maybe there's a place for him.

Congratulations Kevin Correia on your best outing of the season... Only against the Nats do no name pitchers have dominating performances..
