11 runs scored in the last seven losses(if we lose tonight and do not score any more).
Why?  Terrible Habits, no patience and some bad luck.  They get psyched out by facing "good pitching" instead of digging in on each at bat, work the count, stop swinging at pitches in the dirt, go to right field.  Slow down the swing to get the sweet spot on the ball.  How can they tolerate these guys swinging at pitches in the dirt.  It is so pathetic to watch!

happens all the time. only, it seems, when we're losing, though. don't think anyone means anything by it. I hope.

It's stupid to threaten anyone online. Maybe jayman can explain how he derived a threat from what I said but it's really not that important.

well Florida got shut out by Zito in their own park... With the way Florida has played lately we should have a 5 game lead over them... instead we are back 1 game

maybe we just lack the skills it takes to be consistent enough to win a lot....or something like that :)

agreed.  It is only a matter of time before Manny explodes.  He is definitely bottling a lot up.  It is just a dagger to watch these same effortless performances night after night.

It obviously went over your head. I didn't consider your comment a threat but considering that you had been whining and nagging about sportsfan and then you called me his twin you obviously didn't mean it in a friendly way but I won't make cracks about twins.

Whining and nagging...I'm not the one posting multiple banging-head smilies, pal.

Ouch...6-1.  Well, I'm going to the game tomorrow.  Looking forward to it, actually...win or lose.

King is just a sorry sack of ****... Manny and JB have to cut him loose, NOW!  It's like they think he is a god or something.

maybe we just lack the skills it takes to be consistent enough to win a lot....or something like that :)

I heard part of an interview of Bill Ladson by our radio team tonight.  He said we will have to lose some pitchers to be able to bring in enough good hitting to make this team competitive.

I anxiously anticipate Ray King no longer being on this team.  A walk and a triple.  He can't pitch to more than one batter.

Mets 6
Nationals 1
