Assuming Riggleman is responsible for base running decisions, he's manufactured two or three runs over the last two games.

Caps appear to have scored, but the refs are talking it over.

Plus, it's not based off of one AB. Ramos is batting like .460, he needs to play more.

A walk is better than a strikeout, especially when it would push the winning run to scoring position.

At least give the guy a chance to do something if you know you can't with what they're throwing up there. At least we took the shutout away from Halladay. That ninth inning was really exciting to watch, and I tend to agree that Stairs' AB was a rally-killer. Oh well...
