That's the articles title is it not?  I thought it was a very interesting read.  I assume NOTLD posted it since he's the only one who updates the news regularly.

You are correct. I did that. For those of you who don't know, I post those little news bits up there. No I am not a moderator and I do not have any special privileges or access to your accounts. I simply update the news for the Chief. I am an "Office nag" of sorts. ;)

Anyways, I thought that article was outstanding and decided to post it since it is in the current ESPN Magazine. That isn't the article's original title (and I didn't like the original title, "Tick, Tick, Tick") so I read it through and named it something I think is more than appropriate for it.

If you haven't read it, do because it is actually quite in depth about both Duke's criminal and sports past.

Yeah 2k6, I'd say that category is a wash. Nook with the clean sweep.

I don't see any "potential" out of Lastings. Nothing.  All he has going for him is his age. That's hilarious in a sad sort of way.

I honestly believe that Milledge can be a good player, but I don't know if it's gonna happen in Washington. We don't have a decent hitting coach that can work with him. He has regressed as the season has went on.

Ehh, Milledge could hit ten homers in a season, feasibly...Nook hit one in a half-season of regular duty, and it was a lucky slapshot in Coors.

On a positive note, Joel looks pretty good today.  Teams can't hit him, and if he could ever control the walks, he will be golden.

10? I don't see it. He hasn't hit a HR since March 31st.  He'll be lucky to hit 5 bombs at this pace.

Milledge won't approach 10 homers.  5 if he's lucky.

The game was meaningless.  Joel is fine when the game is out reach.  He chokes like crap when he's in a tight game.

The O's have the best bullpen in the majors.

Nice hit, Guzman! Need something huge here from Zimmerman. Double would work. Then a homer by Dmitri. That's all I'm asking for.
