Much praise for Desmond when he does well. But when he sucks balls he needs to be called out. Lodson never praised Dunn, from what I understand.

I've heard that as well.

Can't confirm it from personal experience, though.

Update on the radio situation...Mark Z now says 106.7 will NOT airs Caps playoff games when the Nats are playing.  Once the Wiz are done, every baseball game should be on 106.7.  It's pretty rare that the Caps, Wiz and Nats are all playing two nights in a row.

But...  I AM the man :|

Yes you are.

BTW ... four pages and one run since I left to walk the dog.   You all have done well.   Or, as we say in Western PA, "Yunz done well."

that's where i have my problem.  it's SFesque.  so when one of his boys is going well, it's :whip: time ... but when he's not he's silent.

Dude you're so on Desmond's balls that it's slowing him down on the basepaths and causing him to get caught in run downs.

Get the At Bat membership and you can listen to all of the old game back to, I believe, 2005.

I've taken my shots at Michael Morse but now I'm really just disappointed.

Ankiel showing some good patience at the plate.  But when he swings, he swings for the fences.

Spring training fluke. He is a streaky guy who is lacking confidence right now.

The Mets are coming back against the Phillies, 7-6.  They were down 7-0.

That was fun to listen to.  The alumni idea would be really cool.  Hope the Lerners and Rizzo let him run with it.

Riggleman would have taken Blanton out of the game, long ago.

oh dude he loves DC.  i'll always have a place in my heart for that guy.  he was the epitome of DC baseball (just like livan, zimmerman, others ... blue collar hard working guys).  and like livo/zim, he loves playing in DC!

he was grateful for the opportunity and i'm grateful for his performance.

he'll be fine.  if espi was hitting hotter, i'd say move him up to the 5, but i think morse will be just fine.
