You mean seatposts? I've seen them, but never used one. But just comparing rigid frames/forks/etc, as freddish as it is, CF, is a better ride than aluminum (though not steel, as you know!)
My road bike is 7005 aluminum with a carbon fork, and it's pretty hard on the feet and hands on a rough surface.
You can get compression bar posts too, no?
