The Presidents race has been the best part of the game

Lannan as #3 means that you'll have two pitchers worse than him, by design.  That's terrifying!

Johnny H is the Lannan of baseball broadcasters.  If he's your #3 option, you're in trouble.  He should be no higher than a #5.

Javiar - rhymes with Caviar. Also, Bonafasho.

We have a good amount of back end rotation depth, too bad we can't trade it for a solid #3.

Stras
Zim
Wang?
Lannan?
???

Peacock and Milone are impressive, Detwiler has been decent, Gorzelanny is there. Missing anyone?

At least this late in the season there is some college football to mitigate the pain of Nats baseball.

We don't have a good #3 option in the organization.

That's been the problem with this organization for far too long. Now that we have Strasburg and ZNN they have to compliment the arsenal by adding more talent. But talent costs money.

As bad as we've been offensively this year, it would make no sense for Marrero to not start 2012 on the 25 man.

After the four-game sweep in NY, this performance is so jarring.

It's gotta be a record that we're losing in the 6th inning and PC has yet to call game.

agreed, he gets on base, hasn't shown a lot of power yet but we don't need every hitter in the 25 man to hit the ball out of the park.

i am really impressed

See Page 1:

Game.

It was top of the first inning, runners on first and second, 0-0 score.
