Re. starting pitching last night, I didn't see the game, but from what Charlie and Dave were saying on the radio, it sounded like the home-plate umpire had a miniscule strike zone? I was glad to see (hear) that Young and Belliard seemed to be coming back to life at the plate. [donning anti-flame gear due to having made positive statement :) ]


No need for the anti-flame gear natsfan1a (it's funny to type 1a at the end of your handle). Inflammatory statements in this forum should be punished with cortisone shots.  :lol: I actually believe Belliard's production is suffering from playing everyday. I don't believe he is an everyday player and would probably benefit by being used more sparingly but we really don't have a choice right now.
