Serious credit to the people at the stadium who still have it in them to cheer this disaster.

At least we have a better record than Zack Greinke's Brewers (0-3). :?

Just think about this game and you'll be able to keep at it for hours.

Having stamina issues isn't the worst thing because you actually got the girl in bed which means you actually won something meaningful. The Nats never win anything meaningful.

Bob should tell it like it is and  say pudge is hitless for the season.

You can't tell me that Balestar is worse than Coffey and Gaudin!  What would you lose by bringing him back up (and saving his option) and DFA one of them?

I feel this team is MUCH better and improved - but we are still a couple of years away from being competitive in the division.  But at least there is now light at the end of the tunnel.

I pretty much agree.  The farm system is greatly improved IMO from the days of Mike Hinkley and Kory Casto as the "top prospects".  My fear was that if the team did good this year, they would resign Riggs and we would be stuck with him for the years the team could actually be good.  Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have the wins, but I also want the guy gone as manager ASAP.

Desmond ended an inning instead of leading it off. Of course the end result is the same.

Desmond makes a stab to field a ball in an 11-2 game and Bob makes us feel better by reminding us that the Braves could've had 15 or 16 hits yesterday instead of "only" 10

Today sucks don't get me wrong, but we got a good win yesterday after an opening day that could've gone either way.

Only problem I have is the fact gaudin/broderick are on the team over bally.

I fully understand that this is only 3 games, but you know after 5 years of the same crap, the burden of proof is on the team to show me that this isn't going to be just another year of the same.  IMO anyone selling butterflies farting skittles would do well to remember that before they chastise anyone about being too negative.
