Lannan and Detwiler take turns forgetting how to throw strikes.

No I think today is a holiday for him so he's probably out celebrating or taking part in some parade.

My bad I misread the calendar. It's actually Flag Day.   :-[

dibs said algo wasn't in the right position.  cutoff man has got to be out there directing cf where to throw.

Walks kill. It's amazing that pitchers can be so tentative about throwing strikes when they are staked to a 4-0 lead. This is the legacy of Manny Acta - a team of players who fear that they can't beat the guys on the other side.

huh? You expect Willie Harris to leave 3B to direct traffic on that play?

Dibs is correct (about the cutoff man). If Dukes had ignored the cutoff man and gone straight to 3rd, it would have been bone-headed. AlGo needs to be making it clear that the target is 2B.

willie harris has to sprint into centerfield and tell dukes where to throw, obviously.

prediction still intact, but 7 innings is unlikely at this point.

ross at 67 through 4. he'll probably go 6.

exactly.  thanks.

i played 2nd base (also a little centerfield) and i know for a fact that play was totally on gonzalez.  i don't care what he has done with the bat.  that would've kept the runner on first.

How am I supposed to know what the hell you mean when you write one thing but mean another because you are into something else? So the next time you say you want a player to go deep should I assume you don't mean a HR but that you're having an AZ-esque fantasy?
