You got to pinch hit for Pena.  No way in hell he gets 3 hits in 1 game. 

Harris can't hit; I like Mackowiak, but he's hitting .176; and Belliard can't even touch the ball right now. No other options.

Maybe if your an O's fan it's dramatic.  These last 2 games have been 2 of the most boring and disappointing games of the season.
