Easy Chief, I'm in that club (see my sig).

I know.  But if we were tearing it up like the Marlins, nobody would be worried about the ownership.  Just putting DCFan's opinion back at him.

3 K's for Shairon Martis!
4!

They better be keeping Martis in for the seventh inning.

I'm sure Manny is calling the pen as we speak to get someone ready for the 7th.

Can't have a pitcher do too good out there.

He makes all the tough saves and then lets the routine save go in.... UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

yeah he does, he's a young stud though.  we're lucky to have him.

We're in great company.  ;)

Not that is should matter but what is his pitch count? He should definitely throw the 7th and perhaps even come out and at least see what he can do in the 8th.

Let Martis pitch until he LOOKS like he's tired. If he hasn't given up a run after 8, screw the pitch count. Let the dude pitch.

S/he was dogging Dunn in this game thread, in fact, in the same inning he hit the bomb.  :?

hahahahaha i know.  i can see this postgame interview

Reporter 1: Eh, Manny why would you pull Martis so early when he was so effective and didn't throw a lot of pitches?
Manny: Oh he's young pitcher, these young pitchers we don't want to overload their innings or throw their arms off.  The kid was approaching 100 pitches
Reporter 2: Manny he threw 75 pitches in 6 innings.

Yes; at 75 pitches after 6 Martis could legitimately notch a complete game, and he looks like he wants to, too.

Why exactly is Willingham not starting in front of Kearns?

You can only have one right fielder at a time in the lineup.  Sucks, doesn't it?

NEWS ALERT:  A GIGANTIC GORILLA just broke free and his tearing up New York City.  It's LIVE, but only the TNT channel is covering it, for some odd reason.
