I will admit that Walter blowing up a building and stealing chemicals from a high-security facility while setting the alarm off may have pushed the limits of my willing suspension of disbelief.

"You got one part of that wrong. This... is not meth." So. Awesome.

And now I have to thank Breaking Bad for introducing me to the Silver Seas.

This is like exactly my kind of song.

I loved "Dead Fingers" by Nuclear Free City from the pilot. Even if it had like 8 words.

One of the weird things about knowing most/all of what happens during the series is that as I'm watching the Season 1 finale seeing Tuco kill his own henchman, I'm all like "aww it's cute, they're practicing how to write villains for when they get a real villain."

Agreed, that was way worse than the train robbery.  In fact, it was so unbelievable that they didn't even show what happened in between the alarm getting set off/the police heading toward the scene and Jesse/Walt/Mike getting away.

But when I compare this show to just about everything else I watch, I really can't sit and complain about lack of realism.  A lot of outrageous things happen, but this show does a better job of anything I've ever seen at making things seem real.

What I think really helps is a lot of the small stuff, namely the dialogue.

The little things like Mike's lawyer having a random conversation with the bank attendant about cookies - they do them so well and I really feel like I'm watching something happen in real life right before my eyes.  There's something really organic and unforced about it.

Episode 1-3 was some of the most suspenseful television I have watched in years.

Oh man, I just got to S2E2 where the old man in the wheelchair starts dinging his little bell. Just plain freaking awesome.

Aaron Paul just tweeted the Breaking Bad Season 6 official poster.

It contains spoilers so I will post the link instead of the image.

I'm now caught up to the season 2 finale. I know, 3 seasons to go (or 2.5), but... "ABQ" is one of the best episodes of TV I've ever seen.

Bearing down on the end of season 3.

In airing order, my top 5 episodes are probably Grilled, Better Call Saul (just for introducing him), ABQ, One Minute, Fly. My favorite moment is still Tio dinging his little bell in Grilled... but the ending of One Minute came pretty close.

It only gets better in Season 4.

Particularly enjoyed "Bug", "Salud", "Crawl Space" and the season finale. Fantastic television.

Just 2 episodes. Had to wait a while to fit the DVDs into my budget - my internet at home is really, really bad and this show is way too beautifully shot for me to accept the crappy Netflix stream. Also there are some epic commentary tracks.

"Hermanos" and "Bug"...man this show.

Esposito's bad Spanish distracted me in the flashback, unfortunately. Weird how many of the cartel guys are white actors who speak accented Spanish.

What happens when you edit Breaking Bad into a giant music video for Weird Al Yankovic's song "Albuquerque"?

Only the best video ever.
