Thing is, Knorr, I could say, of any given pitching prospect, "he won't make the majors," and I'd be right over 90% of the time. I could say "he tops out as a third starter or reliever" and that number probably jumps to 95-6%, if not higher. Where guys like Keith Law are valuable is in helping distinguish between the guys making progress and those that aren't, IMO. Not based on declarative statements made about a draft pick very early in his minor league career.
