This was the first time I ever saw a bunch of Nats jerseys in the crowd of an away game.  Not only are Nats games becoming home games in Nats Park, but now we're building a Nats Nation on the road.

Might be time to organize a bus trip to Philly.

While there always seems to be a few Nats fans at away venues, it's safe to say that wasn't a Nats Nation, but simply Cleveland fans with Strasburg jerseys.

Quit tempting the greedy one Cleveland. Please tell me Stan Kasten stayed at home. I dread the thought of him adding a Phillies booth at our ballpark.

Byron Kerr mentioned they had sold out of most of the Strasburg shirts.

PitchFX puts it somewhere between my description and yours. Bottom of the strike zone, over the plate, not enough break but it looked like it to the hitter. It was a good, but not great pitch.

It was right over the plate and at his knees.  Credit to the batter for being able to hit that out.

Well, I question my own expertise on pitch location, but his bat sure moved like a golf club, so thanks for your take.

I'm no expert by any stretch, but as you said you can watch his swing.  Anyone could make contact like that, but taking it out of the park is quite something else - though of course I'm sure 100mph helps
