If I could add just crafting for arrows, I would in a heartbeat.
For now, I have just "Realistic Water Textures" medlium qaulity with the reduce splash option and "Enhanced Distance Terrain". Given my fixiation with Alchemy and Transmutation I am considering the flowers and plants mods as well.
If you want to see the difference in the water, take a look at the vidoes in this thread. It even looks pretty sometimes, something one could not say for the default water.
