Willingham is like 20-30 PA from being qualified. He would be the #2 OPS guy in the NL behind Pujols and would be in the leaderboard in a lot of other categories.
I don't believe he's that close. I did a quick check a few days ago and he was about 50 or 60 away.
One of these sports sites should include plate appearances as a category instead of forcing you to calculate it yourself.
