This isn't a ST thing. Come on... you think I'd base my opinion on one inning of work? Which user do you think I am?

I've always felt this way.

I see that despite this being ST, you're in midseason form.

I was just saying that I'd like Det to continue working on the curve is all.  Relax.

Maybe we'll get a hit one of these innings.

I was about to mention that.  The Yankees are moving their radio broadcasts to WFAN this season and the recent announcement that they retained John Sterling and Suzyn Waldman pissed off a lot of people.  I think they're the worst duo in sports broadcasting.

Yep.  These comments are entertaining: http://www.newsday.com/sports/media/john-sterling-suzyn-waldman-to-call-yankees-games-on-wfan-1.7078243

Makes me appreciate Charlie and Dave that much more.

No reason the Nats should have allowed a double on that.

Who were the broadcasters that tore the two of them to pieces last season when they both absolutely butchered a call? They called a ground rule double that had bounced in foul territory and culminated in an error or something?

I was hoping that Espi would bounce back but short of that he's a good first test of Williams' patience, hopefully guys will be given less leeway than under Davey.

Better outing from Garcia, in that no runs were allowed.

Taylor should have been bunting.  This is a game.  Real game decision making should have been used.
