First time in a couple weeks I've been interested in watching a Caps game

I can't watch from home.   I turned to it to check the score and Tavares scores!    :icon_frown:

That'll do it, ladies and gentlemen. A win tonight would have put us in prime playoff position. Instead Green and Laich had to be lazy and it cost us big time.

sucks, but if we can hover in win 2+ and lose 1 zone that gets us pretty close. wasted opportunity though. wtf was going on in the first. just leaving people open in the slot. mike green might be good and do lots of good things, but when he freaks up it is downright infuriating cuz it always looks so lackadaisical.

I missed the 1st, saw the 2nd and missed the first 10mins of the 3rd. What happened in the 1st? Lazy goals or good on the Islanders part?

Both. Caps just came out tired. Like they had an advantage playing at home.

Iginla a healthy scratch in the Flames/Avs game, so a trade must be imminent.  Boston?  Urgh.

Well, as nauseating as it will be watching the yinzers run away with the Eastern Conference, at least the Caps don't play them again.

I'll have to hold my nose and root for the Habs.  Hopefully they make 2010 happen all over again.

isnt caps/pens first round bound to happen? i'd rather play them 8 vs 1 than 1 vs 8

They scored a shortie as soon as I said that.  I should SF/UMD more often.
