Smolinski isn't to hot right know, he is batting .266
That shouldn't be a concern since he started really slow and had a pretty good performance in may. However, I would be more concerned about his injuries because he does look injury prone (out for 8-10 weeks ). I don't put much importance in hr and rbi's but Smolinski was defined as having good power and I don't think he has that much power but that could come with time and he has good all around skills. You see that he is looking to improve his patience as of late, he drawed alot of walks in his last games. Too bad he gets injured this much because he is an intriguing prospect.
