Nope, why would it? We've seen this before. He'll score some nice goals interspersed with mediocre defensive play (which should be his main priority), missing considerable time with injuries, silly penalties, and streaks of games you can barely tell he's there. Overpaid and overrated.

Definitely. This game has me even more encouraged by the Caps. The defense is shaky, but Chicago is a really, really good team and our offense can run with anyone in the league. We probably convert on that 5-on-3 7 out of 10 times. Oh well.

Good thing the Caps have you to stick up for them, otherwise I might become disenfranchised with the fact they've done jack crap as a franchise.

Also starting to lose hope on Holtby. He had that one great playoffs (2011?) but since then he's been so meh with a propensity to seemingly let in bad goals.
