I'd like to see the funding proposal for that study.

Cheaper than a flyover.    LOL

Charlie and Dave predict another inning of H-Rod.  He's been lights out so far, but we seem to get burned by leaving relievers in the game longer than we should.

I don't know...every time I see Bixler I remember how Bret Butler was just a utility guy with speed who worked and worked, ran hard every time he punched the ball, and got base hits when other players would have just run half-speed and been thrown out.

So you see him becoming Jamey Carroll? That's possible, but he'll be on the squad, he's got team control.

Just had a flash about Mel Proctor.   Wonder where he is?

Remember when he did our games in 2005? I don't know why they got rid of him. He was much better than Crapenter.

His career reminded me of Jim Simpson's.

Wouldn't be a bad idea.  Give the rest of the bullpen the night off.

Welch I pretty sure Brett Butler was getting 500 ABs by his third year in the bigs maybe 25 years old.  Bix is 28 this year.

The fact that they aren't pitching around Werth is kind of embarassing.

Aww poor Marky Lerner is yawning. Are they boring you?

This is as weak an attempt as when hammonds pretends to call Desmond out.

I remember when Proctor used to do O's games on HTS with John Lowenstein (late 80s? early-mid 90s?).  Can't say how he did in 2005 with the Nats since none of the area cable systems carried MASN that year.
