Belliard with a 1-pitch out. If this isn't rolling over I don't know what is.

If you plan to start Pena, why put him in the 8th spot where he's going to get nothing but breaking balls.

Today's fantasy baseball game notes by Will Harris, Special to ESPN.com:

All owners were advised to drop Tim Redding last week, yet even after the Nats long-ball artist coughed up another six earned runs, he's still owned in 15 percent of ESPN leagues. He has negative value in all formats and should be discarded immediately.

Any Air Zimmerman sightings yet?  I think he said he'd be wearing a navy Nationals cap, sitting near the Nationals dugout.

Tim Redding is clearly scared of Doumit.

Doumit half way to the cycle and it's only the third inning.

This team is pathetic.

Pittsburgh and Seattle haven't been doing that well lately and they both give up lots of runs.  (Mariners are imploding.)  But Maholm has pitched well lately.

two 2 pitch outs. WTF is wrong with us? Does no one know how to take a few pitches and have a good AB?

Dontrelle Willis was just sent down to High-A because he gave up 8 earned runs last night. I wish Bowden had the balls to do something like that.

And here I was thinking they had so few scoring chances over the last month that Tolman would be out of practice. He's in midseason form.

Tolman, Harris, and Aponte all need to go.
