freak that. I like Clippard but as I said a week ago he needs to be more consistent throwing strikes. you can see why they kept him in Cuse for so long.
Yeah, you can see why now, but you kept nagging about them not calling him up for as long as he was down there.

The MASN marketing team is anything but "on the ball."  :)

No one at MASN watches the Nationals so they have no idea who Zimmermann is.

...or Zimmerman, for that matter.

Clippard is so frustrating. He has dynamic stuff some nights, then the crap that we got today on other nights. He has got to be more consistant if he wants to pitch in the majors.

What are you dense? Have you forgotten how pathetic our bullpen has been, particularly this spring? Everyone was calling for the whole pen to be replaced which it practically has been.

and rightfully so. even Clippard at his worst is better than Colome, Hanrahan, Tavarez, etc. at their best.

Clippard is money when he is challenging hitters and throwing strikes. Look at his BA Against. But he nibbles too much and has trouble throwing strikes.

great. we're gonna have to use the whole bullpen again.

thanks JD. you didn't give up many runs, but you could have afforded to go another inning or so. :?

Tomterp deleted that post and one by DCFan stating that Clippard has struggled with his command and must improve.

I restored those posts, quit nagging like a 12-yo.

What are you freaking dense?  I was making fun of SF for his change of heart about Clippard.

I was just letting you know.  When I first came here I thought everyone was trying to not use curse words and actually typing "freak" and "crap" until I turned off the censors   Bunch of freaking potty-mouth posters!

yeah.  but don't nag when you get what you want and it isn't as good as you thought it would be. or try to make fun of someone else for wanting it, as if you weren't asking for it also.

that's all I'm sayin'.

(that's a generic "you", not YOU specifically)

again. that's bullcrap. I have changed nothing. I am a big fan of Clippard but as DCFan and I called a week ago he needs to work on throwing strikes more frequently.

I left the censor on for comedy value. It's so incredibly funny whenever sportsfan posts, "Freak this crap." It almost makes me want to say "Freak this crap!" in real life. The problem is that we have a prospect pitcher at A ball named Brad Peacock whose name gets turned into Brad Pealollipop.
